The product

LATTICE is a GPU-accelerated 3D interface for navigating a knowledge graph. The download is free and runs locked, with a curated sample graph to explore. Buying a license unlocks importing your own Claude.ai export, which the app turns into a graph locally on your Mac.

License grant

Subject to these Terms and your payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use LATTICE on the permitted number of devices (the license is node-locked to approximately one Mac via a device fingerprint). This is a one-time purchase for the current major version — not a subscription. We may offer discounted paid upgrades for future major versions.

Restrictions

• No redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or renting the app or your license.
• No sharing, publishing, or transferring license keys.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling, except to the extent that law expressly permits despite this restriction.
• No circumventing, disabling, or tampering with licensing or activation.

Third-party services & costs

Importing your archive requires your own API keys for Voyage AI (embeddings) and Anthropic (cluster naming and summaries). Your use of those services is billed to your own accounts and governed by those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party costs, availability, rate limits, changes, or the content and accuracy of their output.

Warranty disclaimer

LATTICE is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of LATTICE. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the Provider harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of LATTICE, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights (including the terms of Voyage AI or Anthropic).

Updates, suspension & termination

We may release updates and may change or discontinue features over time. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms (for example, by sharing keys or circumventing licensing). On termination, your license ends and you must stop using and remove the app; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

Refund policy

Because a free, locked version with a sample graph is available so you can evaluate LATTICE before buying, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Request a refund by emailing support@yreh.com or by replying to your Paddle receipt — no need to explain why, within the 14 days.

We also honor any statutory consumer rights that apply to you, such as the EU/UK right of withdrawal, where those grant more than the above. Refunds are issued by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) to your original payment method.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves; we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
